These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to the Northstead Aware Course and related digital content (the “Product”) provided by Northstead Limited (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product & Access

The Product is an online educational course (digital content) delivered via Mastermind Business System. Access instructions are sent to your email after purchase.

Fulfilment: Instant access is delivered by email immediately after successful payment.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Sharing access is not permitted.

3. License & Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, or redistribute the materials without our written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All Product content is owned by Northstead Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are displayed in USD and may include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• By checking out, you authorize charges to your selected payment method.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing login credentials, bulk downloading, scraping, or distributing materials.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass access controls.

8. Disclaimers

The Product is educational only and not legal, medical, mental-health, or financial advice. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your place of residence. If those laws provide you additional rights or remedies beyond what is stated here, we will comply with our legal obligations.

11. Changes to the Product or Terms

We may update the Product and these Terms from time to time. Updates apply from the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, to the extent those laws provide you with mandatory customer protections. Otherwise, the governing law shall be determined in accordance with applicable conflict of laws rules.
